Product Details
Our range of general purpose Butterfly Valves have been designed to provide a cost effective solution to your flow control and product shut-off requirements. Available in sizes from 50mm to 600mm bore.
Suitable for use with bulk solids, liquids and slurries they are robust in construction and available in a number of flange mounting types, materials and actuator options. This version is suitable for flange mounting with threaded lugs.
Construction
We have a variety of material options for the body, disc and liner; here are just a few:
- Ductile Iron (Rilsan coated)
- Stainless Steel
- Carbon Steel
- Liners in EPDM, Silicone, Natural Rubber, etc
Options include

Features
- Standard working pressure up to 16bar depending on valve size.
- Suitable for mounting between PN10 or PN16 flanges, depending on valve size.
- Temperature limits from -45°C to +200°C (depending on type of liner and coating used)
- Bolt mounting ensures excellent alignment of the valve with the pipe flanges

Important Considerations
- As valve body becomes a bolted element within the pipeline, consideration must be given to loads imparted to the valve
- If the valve is to be used at the end of line, a cast iron body cannot be used due to the potential high loadings also pressures should be limited to less than 5.6bar up to 150mm bore and less than 3.5bar up to 600mm
