Replacement Diaphragm for AS-Valve

Product Details

Although the series AS valve has been obsolete for a number of years, we are still able to offer spare diaphragms but alas not valve parts. Spare diaphragms for the series AS valves are fabricated from sheet material and are available in the following materials:

• Nylon 2oz, 4oz and 7oz 
• Terylene 4oz and 7oz 
• Anti Static Nylon and Black Anti Static Rubber 
• Polyurethane coated 2oz and 4oz Nylon 
• Neoprene coated Mockleno, Hypalon Coated Nylon and Viton Coated Terylene
• White FDA approved Natural Rubber and T893 Red Abrasion resistant Rubber
• Teflon 

All diaphragms are supplied complete with stainless steel wires.

 

Variations of construction of some diaphragms are available for applications that may involve liquids, free flowing fine powders and heavy bulk density materials.

If you are uncertain of the spare diaphragm required for your valve, please let us have the serial No.and we can trace back at least 45 years through our serial No. records. Believe me, there are valves of that age still being used in industry today!!!
