At Process Components Ltd our objective is to meet the needs of the process industries for commodity goods, components, spares and service.
We have acquired the well known Mucon brand as well as being able to offer spares and services in relation to other brands including; KEK, Gardner, and PPS. This gives us a portfolio including Iris Diaphragm Valves as well as Butterfly Valves, powder flow promoting systems including vibrating screens from our Promo-Flow range and Aeration Pads, Level Indication devices. We also provide an extensive range of process equipment spares from Sifter Screens through to full bearing assemblies, mill grinding media and all manner of drive components.
Our experienced and qualified staff enable us to go beyond merely offering these goods to the market, we can also undertake machine inspection, servicing and repair both at client’s premises and in our own facility. The UK headquarters are situated in Cheshire, with a USA subsidiary in Pennsylvania. There is also support from a network of representatives throughout the world, all able to provide applications engineering, sales and service.
Gerry Wetton has over 40 years experience relating to the Mucon product range with Andrew Rowe and Alison Sandbach specialising in the KEK, Gardner and PPS components, spares and service.
